A Seattle driver narrowly escaped serious injuries when someone hurled a cement block at his car on a Seattle freeway Friday morning. It was around 4:30 a.m. on I-90 at Rainier Avenue South when the driver, Sherman Walker, said he saw someone standing on the side of the highway throw something directly at his car.
